Taught every weekend in locations throughout Southern California, the One-Day Exam Prep class provides you with a full day of focused learning. The 8-hour lecture covers all of the knowledge tested on the state exam, along with a review of 100s of practice questions similar to those you'll see on the state exam.

Course Outline
Our comprehensive course outline contains everything you need to know to pass your exam. The outline is a concise review of the detailed information currently tested on the DRE exams. Each chapter covers a subject area tested on the exam. Additionally, there are practice questions at the bottom of each page that allow you to quickly gauge your mastery of the material.

Final Briefing
The Final Briefing section of our book provides you with important information to help you prepare for your exam. Included in this section is a study guide, test taking strategies, and information on what to do (and what not to do) on the day of your exam. Follow the steps outlined in our Final Briefing and you’ll feel confident, relaxed, and ready to pass your exam.
Practice Exams
In addition to the practice questions on each page of the outline, our book also contains practice exams with hundreds of questions. The first exam in the book, called the Analytical Exam, is designed to help you determine your areas of strength and weakness: it includes a quick reference guide to show you exactly where in the course outline each question is discussed. The other exams included in the book are designed to simulate the real exam. The answers follow each exam and include a brief explanation of why a given answer is correct.

Glossary of Terms and Numbers
Many people find it challenging to learn the terms used on the licensing exams. Our Glossary of Terms includes a list of terminology ranging from construction vocabulary to legal terms. Our Glossary of Numbers lists all the numbers tested in one place for easy access.

Math Workbook
Our Math Workbook provides a quick review of math skills many people have forgotten. We offer simple shortcuts to solving math problems and include practice exam questions illustrating how to use these shortcuts. For anyone with a fear of math, studying with our Math Workbook is a must!

Audio CDs
As part of our One-Day Exam Prep course, we include four audio CDs to help you study. These CDs contain a condensed version of the class presentation and are great way to increase your study time. Use the CDs when driving, at the gym, or even in the shower – without much effort you’ll pick up key points essential to passing your exam. Pass Guarantee
Our methods are tried and true. Over 90% of our students pass their exams on their first try. We are so confident about the success of our One-Day Exam Prep course that we offer a “pass guarantee.” To qualify for the pass guarantee, you must enroll directly through The Real Estate Centre. If after attending class you fail your exam, repeat the class one time for free (a copy of your failure notice gets you into class one time without charge). If you fail the exam a second time (after spending a second full-day in class), return the course materials to us along with copies of both failure notices for a refund of your tuition.
