The Real Estate Centre was formed by John Henderson in 1988.  The Real Estate Centre is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for both new and experienced real estate professionals. Under the direction of Mr. Henderson, the Real Estate Centre and its staff have helped over 100,000 people advance in their real estate careers. Our current course offerings include pre-licensing home study courses for students preparing for both the real estate salesperson and broker licenses. We also offer a One-Day Live Exam Prep class for students preparing for their state exams (both sales and broker exams); our live classes are offered at locations throughout Southern California.

John Henderson, the founder of The Real Estate Centre, teaches many of the Exam Prep classes. He is a broker and an attorney. All Real Estate Centre instructors are licensed brokers, and are personally trained by John. Prior to forming The Real Estate Centre, John taught real estate classes both for private organizations and community colleges, sold residential real estate, and managed a real estate office.

Richard Nazaretyan teaches Exam Prep classes in our San Fernando Valley and Orange County locations. He is a licensed broker with experience in residential real estate sales. Richard is also a skilled sound engineer who trains production teams and works directly on a variety of recording projects.
